Welcome to Building Healthy Communities Upper Nithsdale Blog

Our new Blog has been developed by Luke Utting who is a volunteer for BHC Machars. We are very grateful to Luke for all his hard work and opening a new pathway which will enable BHC to feedback and communicate with communities and wide a range of Partners.

Building Healthy Communities (BHC) is a partnership programme that has been operating across Dumfries and Galloway since 2001 with the focus on improving the health and wellbeing of individuals, families, communities and those encountering difficult circumstances and personal issues.

Building Healthy Communities delivers a range of initiatives and activities for all ages, while recruiting and supporting volunteers.
